Randal is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist and Nationally Accredited Mediator. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 28 January 1992 and as a solicitor to the High Court of Australia.
Randal holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of the Law Council of Australia, Queensland Collaborative Law, and the Resolution Institute.
Randal has a broad range of legal experience and has appeared as an advocate in a number of Courts and Tribunals in both State and Federal jurisdictions. Randal now concentrates on dispute resolution (mediation, negotiation and collaborative law) to assist our clients.
MARK FRANCIS LL.B
Family Lawyer
Mark has over twenty years experience in law. He is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court Queensland the the High Court of Australia. Mark is a Commissioner for Declarations, Member of the Queensland Law Society and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of the Law Council of Australia.
Mark has extensive experience in family law having practiced in this field for many years. Mark has undertaken mediation training with Bond University and is the partner in charge of family law litigation within the firm and is the managing partner.
Mark has also undertaken training as an Independent Children’s Lawyer enabling him to appear and represent the interests of children in family law court proceedings.
